C. Options to Send the Link

SurveyMonkey provides several options for sending the survey to your audience.

All three options are listed under the collector section for each survey. To get started,

select the [Collect] icon and then choose how you want to send the link. As discussed

earlier, remember that the type of collector you create will determine what kind of link is

created and how it is to be administered:

From here, choose between the following:

 The Web Link Collector

 The Email Invitation Collector

 The Embed/Popup Survey Collector

 The Facebook Collector

1. Create Link for Your Email Client or Post on a Webpage:

If you would like to send a link through your own email client like Outlook or Hotmail,

then this option provides the URL that you copy and paste into the outgoing message

delivered through your email client.

Click the Collect icon to the right of the survey title, and choose the 1st option

of Create link for email message or for a webpage.

NOTE: This option provides anonymous responses to your survey.

Additional Information - Adding Data or Manual Entries to a Survey:

The Web Link collector is an easy way to add hard copy responses of your survey!

If you need to manually add responses to a survey, there are several ways to do this.

Perhaps you need to add some responses collected from a paper version of the survey

using this anonymous web link collector, or you need to add a response to an email

uploaded into the Email Invitation collector list.

The following scenarios enable data entry:
