Step 3:
Part 1: Click the [Chart Settings] button and choose your type.
Part 2: Edit the following:
I. Choices:
Select which answers choices to include. To graph all answers select All
Choices from the Include prompt.
Sort the data by descending or ascending values.
If you have a comment field included, tick the option to include it on the graph.
II. Labels:
Add a chart title.
Select the data labels: No Data, Show Values, Percents or both.
III. Categories:
Only Rating and Matrix questions present the Categories option. Click the [Swap] button
to reverse the order of "Choices" and "Categories" in the graph presentation.
Choose to include all "categories", i.e., columns from the question, or choose to
show only a select few.
Sort the data by descending or ascending values.
For a Rating question, select the [Chart Average Values] option to plot only the Rating
Averages.
Step 4: Click the [Download Chart] button. This downloads the image to your
computer. It saves it as a PNG format. Once it is saved, you can open it in your own
image editing program to save it as another file type.
NOTE: Export the data into Excel if you need to build more complex graphs. For more

Questions types or analysis features that interfere with Custom
Charts:
With the way our charting feature works, it uses 2 dimensions of data.
